Third Sector
In the third sector, support isn't explained by the cause alone. What matters is trust, transparency, a sustained relationship and the ability to show what is done with every contribution. At North Consulting we know that logic from the inside. We understand what weighs on a corporate funder's decision, why a donor renews their commitment and how a solid organisation is built.
We combine experience in corporate partnerships within large NGOs and inside knowledge of the sector. To that foundation we add a network of specialists in segmentation, reporting, digital fundraising and governance, which we activate according to each project.
We recognise these patterns from having accompanied them many times: fundraising areas with a consolidated portfolio and an internal infrastructure that hasn't yet caught up with their size.
SEGMENTATION
Portfolio model
The portfolio is managed by intuition and relational memory, with income concentrated in a few donors and without a model that brings order to the relationship with each one.
Scoring system adapted to portfolio size · concentration analysis and risk of loss · table of reciprocal benefits by tier · audience plan differentiated by segment.
REPORTING
Accountability architecture
Each report to a donor is built from scratch, different and by hand. Accounting for the work consumes weeks that aren't spent on fundraising.
Technical guide for donor reports · template with budget vs. actual comparison · communication and visibility guide by donor · internal calendar and team training.
DIGITAL FUNDRAISING
Funnel and media plan
Digital fundraising moves forward without defined conversion paths or the tools the sector has within reach.
Strategic digital fundraising plan with pilot · audience map and conversion paths · actionable templates (forms, emails, journeys) · Google Ad Grants proposal and media plan.
GOVERNANCE
Systems and onboarding
Systems live scattered (Excel, CRM, Drive), the team grows without clear onboarding and emergencies are resolved on the fly.
Structured onboarding and area manual · documentary reorganisation by process · migration to tools with traceability · emergency activation protocol.

Impact is also built from the structure
NOT ONLY IN THE FIELD
We aren't on the project in the field, but we are in what sustains it. When an organisation fundraises better, accounts for itself with clarity and builds lasting partnerships, its cause reaches further. We accompany those organisations, and that is why our work contributes to three Sustainable Development Goals.
SDG 17 · Partnerships for the Goals
The ground where we work most: corporate partnerships that sustain fundraising.
SDG 16 · Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
Governance, traceability and accountability: organisations that are more solid on the inside.
SDG 4 · Quality Education
The cause of many of the entities we accompany, which in this way reaches further.
